TULLAHOMA, Tenn., July 21, 2026 - Ascend Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in Middle Tennessee, today announced the grand opening of its newest full-service financial center in Clarksville. Located at 5888 Fire Station Road in Suite F, the new branch is the credit union’s 28th full-service financial center and the first in Montgomery County. The expansion reflects the credit union's ongoing commitment to making convenient, member-focused financial services more accessible across Middle Tennessee.

 

The 3,720 square foot facility includes five member service rooms, drive-up and lobby Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), and 24/7 ATM service. There are also four Financial Services Officers and a receptionist, led by Branch Manager James Jarvis, available at the branch to assist members.

The branch location also offers a broad range of services, including checking, savings and youth accounts, as well as money market and certificate accounts. Other Ascend products include mortgage, auto and recreational loans, credit cards, personal loans, home equity loans, and business accounts and loans.

 

The branch lobby is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Drive-up ITMs are available with live teller assistance from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, while ATM services remain available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
