Achieva Credit Union Welcomes Colin Lopez as New Market President for Hillsborough and Pasco Counties
Dunedin, Fla. [August 21, 2025] — Achieva Credit Union is proud to announce the appointment of Colin Lopez as Market President, overseeing branch operations in greater Hillsborough, Hernando, and Pasco counties, including at Carrollwood, Land O’ Lakes, Trinity, New Port Richey, and Mariner. Colin brings with him more than 15 years of banking experience, along with a deep commitment to community engagement and a passion for personalized member service.
Lopez spent more than 15 years at Wells Fargo, where he held a range of leadership positions across Orlando and Pensacola. During his tenure, he built expertise in retail banking, team development, and branch operations. Now at Achieva, he’s excited to bring that experience to an organization that shares his commitment to community relationships and member-focused service.

In addition to his primary role, Lopez is actively working to expand Achieva’s community-focused initiatives. His efforts include launching new youth financial literacy programs this fall and exploring strategic partnerships with local schools to support classroom learning and deepen community engagement.
