Kalsee Credit Union announced the purchase of a new branch in Vicksburg, Michigan, set to open fall of 2021 following  remodeling of the building.

The remodel will include changes to the drive thru with interactive teller machines (ITMs) and some updates to the interior décor, such as new lobby flooring. Kalsee is currently hiring tellers, a member service representative/loan officer, and branch manager for this location.

Kalsee CU promotes building relationships and cultivating financial wellness, empowering people to focus on what matters. “Vicksburg exemplifies the Midwestern small town ideal. The community is a great fit for the way we do business, where we get to know our members personally and invest ourselves in their financial well-being. It’s our privilege to contribute to the community’s growth and wellness,” says Kalsee CEO Matt Lahman.

Vicksburg Village Manager Jim Mallery comments, “We look forward to welcoming Kalsee into our community and appreciate the opportunity for our residents to bank with a truly local, mission-driven financial institution that values community involvement.”

Vicksburg will be the first of three new Kalsee branches opening soon. Two new construction projects will yield branches in Kalamazoo in Milwood at the NE corner of Portage Road and Cork Street in late 2021 and on Gull Road just west of Sprinkle in 2022.
